- Adrian Zannin is Chief Technology Officer and Chief Quality Officer of The PCA Group, Inc. He has been actively working with computers since 1978. Adrian’s experience encompasses; hardware repair, software development, local and wide area network technologies, including telephony and voice over internet protocol (VoIP). Over the course of his career, he has worked with over a dozen platforms and programming languages. Adrian has been a consultant for over twenty years, starting off with a two year engagement with Professional Support Services, Inc., and then continuing on with the founding of PC Assistance, Inc., now known as The PCA Group, Inc., twenty years ago. Adrian's diverse technical skills coupled with his experience in running a business uniquely qualify him to speak the languages of both corporate management and IT departments to bring them to a common goal.
Author - Graeme Swallow
- Graeme Swallow is a Software Engineer for The PCA Group, Inc., living in Lenexa, Kansas. His expertise is in custom software development for business-oriented applications. He also enjoys graphic and video game development and is a multi-talented musician. He has been with The PCA Group (PCA) since 2005.
